Toni is an experienced teacher and senior leader working in an autism specialist setting. As Assistant Head Teacher, she holds strategic responsibility for areas including phonics, assessment, and curriculum development, with a strong focus on inclusive, knowledge‑rich provision for pupils with additional needs.

Toni is passionate about ensuring high aspirations, equity, and meaningful outcomes for all learners, and is proud to support BILTT’s work in strengthening specialist education and life‑long opportunities within the community. She joined the BILTT Board of Trustees to contribute both professional expertise and a strong commitment to community‑led specialist provision. She values collaborative governance and is keen to support BILTT in ensuring services remain responsive, inclusive, and ambitious for children and young people with additional needs.
